While still young on the music scene, Shane has quickly established as a phenomanal lead guitarist in several bands, such as Hated Identity. He has studied under Bradley Fish, Madison, and demonstrates impeccable technique. Shane is a very sensitive teacher, who easily identifies with his students. His teaching applies note and tablature reading to contemporary rock and metal styles. Shane is a uniquely talented teacher, because he is able to squeeze a music theory lesson into a metal session, without his students even realizing that they're learning!

Louis Cruz, guitar

He studied piano for many years at the University of Wisconsin and has mastered many styles of music, including Rock, Jazz, Blues, Funk and Country. After playing guitar all through high school, Louis joined a Chicago show band and went on tour throughout the United States. They have performed all over the world, playing in the Sheraton in Waikiki, Lucifer's in Boston, K. Katy's in Toronto, The Underground in Atlanta and military bases throughout the continental U.S. and Hawaii. The group then played in Las Vegas, including such engagements at The Flamingo and Harrah's. Louis and the band opened for such renowned artists as Fats Domino, Johnny and the Platters, and The Drifters. Louis has now returned to Stoughton and has brought his extensive experience to JBMusic, after getting sick of the 'big box' music stores in Madison. Louis teaches all levels of students from beginning to advanced.
